Litvinov

Litvinov Cruise Ship
Built/Refurbished:2001
Passengers:248
Crew:110
Decks:5
Dining Rooms:2
Total Cabins:133
The beautiful ms Litvinov cruise ship, is the latest and most modern of the German-built cruise ships. It has two restaurants, cabins on the Sun Deck, 10 deluxe cabins (junior suites) and many other features that set it apart from other ships in Russia.

The Rachmaninov Lounge on the Sun Deck has a bar and a dance floor and is also used for lectures and shows. The Kremlin Bar is another pleasant place to enjoy with friends over a drink. Other public areas and amenities aboard include the Ladoga Lounge and reading room, a spacious Sun Deck, Beauty Salon, Sauna and a Souvenir Shop.

Two elegant restaurants on board allow for one seating for all meals (most other ships have 2 seatings), which is a major advantage, especially with shore excursions. The Volga restaurant on the Upper Deck seats 180 guests. The more intimate Neva restaurant on the Boat Deck seats 85.

The ship is equipped with an up-to-date navigation system and a satellite phone. It is fully air-conditioned, and it was completely refurbished.

The ship's crew is trained to cater to the needs of Uniworld's American passengers. Meals are adjusted to the taste of American travelers (less fat, less salt, etc.). Early riser's coffee is followed by a buffet breakfast. Coffee or tea is included with every meal. Laundry service is available. A Russian medical doctor is on board and the ship is equipped with emergency tanks of oxygen.

All cabins are outside with a large picture window that opens. Only cabins on the Lower Deck, which can accommodate 3 persons, have two portholes. During the day your cabin can be turned into a day room; one bed folds up and the other becomes a sofa. We store your suitcase after you unpack. Each cabin has a refrigerator and a telephone.

Deluxe cabins (junior suites) are twice the size of a standard cabin and have two picture windows. There is a sitting area in front of the bed, with two comfortable chairs and a table. There are two beds which can be separated or put together.

Suites, only two onboard, are extra spacious - three times the size of a standard cabin - and have three picture windows. There is a day room with a TV and telephone and a wet bar with a refrigerator, and a separate bedroom. The sofa and comfortable chairs (in the day room) invite you to relax in front of two huge windows and enjoy the scenery. The bedroom has two beds that can be separated or put together.
