About Ruby Princess Cruise Tours

The Ship. Built in 2008, the Ruby is a member of Princess' Grand class of ships. She weighs approximately 113,000 tons, and accommodates about 3,000 passengers. Though a large ship, her careful design gives guests her an intimate feel. Glamorous touches including soaring staircases and marble floors set a tone of elegance.

Dining. The ship features a number of dining options. There are three main dining rooms each serving the same high-quality menu and exceptional service that Princess is known for: The Botticelli, the Michelangelo, and The Da Vinci. Passengers may choose between traditional assigned tablemates and dining times, or "personal choice" dining with times and tables assigned on the fly. The Lido Deck restaurants serve buffets, pizza, and other options. Two reservations-only alternative dining options are available for an additional fee. The Crown Grill is an upscale seafood and steakhouse venue, and Sabatini's serves high-end Italian cuisine. (Be sure to reserve these options early, as they fill up very quickly). Complimentary 24 hour room service is also available. For those in high-end cabins, Ultimate Balcony Dining provides the experience of being served an elegant private dinner on your own balcony for a small fee. International Cafe/Patisserie is open 24-hours a day offering some food items for free with a small charge for others. Vines offers sushi and ceviche for a small fee.

For a slower pace, adults can escape the rush and relax in the Sanctuary, and an adults-only sun deck.

Spa and Fitness. The full-service onboard Lotus Spa and salon provides a variety of relaxing treatments and therapies.
