We used CruiseCompete to book our CCL cruise this January, we'll know then how satisfied we are BUT so far, the agent we booked with (Cruisevacationexperts.com) has been EXTREMELY attentive and quick to respond, which is especially impressive given that it's just an el-cheap-o 4-niter to tide us over 'til the big one in April. I'm guessing that CruiseCompete has some reasonable standards for their competing agencies, and weeds out the fly-by-nights.

We are avid cruisers, normally two or three a year. We have "moved up" to Radisson and Crystal but also book suites on other lines. I have always considered myself to be a knowledgeable consumer and I'm a better one, after this experience. I think the rate through CruiseCompete we got was exceptional (a $1400 savings per person is half of another deluxe cruise). We're booked through 2004, but we'll be back next year. Chuck
