CruiseCompete Currents Cruise News and Information September 29, 2008
CEO's Message: CruiseCompete Celebrates 5th Anniversary.
CruiseCompete went live September 15, 2003. It's been an unbelievable
five years. More than 4 million quotes in response to your requests--a
tremendous amount of work by member-agents that we sincerely appreciate.
I also want to thank you, our customers. We deeply appreciate your
business, and your feedback has had a huge impact on CruiseCompete. The
new-look user "Welcome" page that went up last week and the addition of
our discount airfare recommendations is just the latest in a long line of changes we've made in response to your suggestions.
Finally, I want to offer a special thanks to all of you who have referred
friends and posted information online in various forums about
CruiseCompete. A personal referral is the highest compliment a business
can receive, and your belief in us means more than I can express in words.
I wish you all sunny skies and smooth sailing.
Cheers!

Nickelodeon to slime Royal Caribbean families again next summer
This summer's sold-out Nickelodeon Family Cruise with Royal Caribbean was a huge success, so the two companies are teaming up again to offer plenty of fun during the summer of 2009. Loaded with plenty of Nickelodeon fun, the Mariner of the Seas will set sail for the Western Mexican Rivera in late July, while the Freedom of the Seas will sail the Eastern Caribbean in early August. The cruises will feature interactive game shows; character meet-and-greets and performances; exclusive show screenings and plenty of the network's signature slime. Kids will surely see SpongeBob SquarePants, Dora the Explorer, Diego and Aang from Avatar: The Last Airbender and other Nickelodeon celebrities.

This includes the ship's Pool and Sport Zone and the Vitality at Sea Spa and Fitness Center "neighborhoods". Stretching the length of the ship, the Pool and Sport Zone is a playground for guests of all ages. It will feature private cabanas, four unique pools, the industries first zip-line at sea and two Flowrider surf simulators.
